PRODUCTION HUB

"At REBOS Oleodinamica, every product is born within an integrated production ecosystem, where design, technology and expertise merge into a single, continuous flow.

Our Production Hub stands out for order, cleanliness and functionality, with layouts designed to optimize production flows and ensure high safety standards. Parts are mainly handled through automated vertical warehouses, integrated between the production area and the office, for precise control, efficient logistics and full traceability.

The production departments are clearly divided and organized, each coordinated by trained, specialized supervisors who work in constant collaboration with one another and report to a production manager, ensuring structured, shared management of the processes.

To support production, we have large spaces dedicated to receiving and storing raw materials: bars are kept in a dedicated warehouse, designed for orderly and safe material management.

Internal material handling follows precise procedures and is entrusted to specialized staff, continuously trained on safety regulations and correct operating practices.
Delivery is also handled directly: we have our own vehicles, which allow us to guarantee punctuality, control and reliability in delivering the finished product."

PRODUCTION INFRASTRUCTURE

"The production department is organized around highly automated work cells, designed to ensure continuity, precision and process control. Several cells feature CNC lathes served by anthropomorphic robots, which autonomously handle the loading and unloading of parts and their direct storage in dedicated vertical warehouses, optimizing time, space and traceability.

Our machine fleet also includes automated cutting lines, high-precision machining centers and CNC tube-bending machines, integrated into the production flow for the complete processing of rods, tubes and components.
After machining, the parts undergo industrial washing, an essential step to ensure the complete removal of residues and impurities before subsequent processing.

Welding operations are supported by robotic cells, which ensure process repeatability, high execution quality and structural reliability, even on complex, customized production runs.
Product quality is verified through constant dimensional checks and dedicated oil test benches, used for the functional testing of the cylinders, to verify seal integrity, performance and safety under real operating conditions.

The production cycle is completed with an in-house finishing area, equipped with a shot-blasting machine and a paint booth, where every component is checked with specific instruments:
coating thickness gauges, gloss meters for shine or matte finish, hardness testers, and cross-cut adhesion tests.

This approach allows us to manage the final stages in-house as well, maintaining high quality standards and complete monitoring of the process."

INTEGRATED DIGITAL SYSTEMS

"At REBOS we have integrated MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to ensure digital, structured and connected management of the entire company process, putting people's work at the center.

Shop-floor operators play an active, essential role: through the MES they report work progress, provide the information needed to carry out activities, and contribute in real time to order traceability. The system thus becomes a tool that supports everyday work, making communication and data sharing easier.

The ERP coordinates planning, procurement, orders and resource management, while the MES communicates directly with the shop floor, collecting operational data and monitoring processing, machine status and production flows.

The information generated is processed by the MES and ERP systems and made available to the people responsible for control, enabling precise analysis, ongoing checks and timely decisions.

A digital ecosystem that values operators' contributions, makes processes smoother and better controlled, and supports fast, informed decisions, in line with a modern, future-oriented industrial vision."
