Our story

"Today REBOS Oleodinamica is enthusiastically led by the second generation of the Rebecchi family: Samuele and Simona, together with Simona's husband Cristian, carry forward the family legacy with passion, combining innovation, expertise and a forward-looking vision.
Their energy and ability to interpret new market needs represent the natural evolution of the path started by Gabriele Rebecchi, who in 1980, at just 22 years old, founded the company driven by courage and the ambition to create something of his own.
From a small workshop to today's facility of 11,000 sqm under roof on a 35,000 sqm site, the Company has grown while keeping its values intact: production quality, customer care and strong local roots, becoming a recognized name in the Italian hydraulic components industry.
Over time, REBOS has managed to combine artisanal tradition with technological innovation, investing in state-of-the-art machinery while keeping full in-house control of the production process to guarantee quality, precision and reliability.
An excellence that proudly tells the story of true Made in Italy, where passion, know-how and authenticity turn into valuable mechanical solutions."

Sustainability

REBOS invests in low environmental impact solutions, thanks to a large photovoltaic system on the roof of the plant, LED lighting, smart waste management and production processes geared toward energy savings.

Training

"REBOS works with local schools and institutes, welcoming students for internships and extracurricular work placements.
The company provides staff with ongoing training, technical courses and continuous upskilling. It also holds WPS certification, which qualifies welding procedures according to recognized standards."

Research & Development

REBOS carries out Research & Development activities focused on new solutions, technical analysis and product optimization, integrating 3D design, CAD/CAM systems and production know-how.

Patents

"REBOS has developed and patented a shock-absorbed hydraulic steering drawbar for sprayers and agricultural trailers up to 60 quintals.
The innovation stems from listening to the market and the drive to create functional, distinctive solutions."
